Exploring different career paths? SFM is offering full-time business internships in the summer of 2024. Join our team as a rotational intern and delve into the world of workers’ compensation insurance. As a summer intern, you will rotate throughout the organization to gain knowledge in claims management, underwriting insurance policies, data analytics, and marketing/communications.

Areas of focus
Claims management
Job shadow claims professionals to learn how to manage workers’ compensation claims.
Underwriting insurance policies
Work alongside underwriters to learn what goes into writing workers’ comp insurance policies.
Data analytics
Assist in conducting research, analyzing claim and policy data, and providing recommendations.
Marketing and communications
Understand the role of marketing and communications in workers’ compensation insurance.
