Direct deposit commissions available in SAM

You can set up direct deposit commissions easily and securely through SFM Agency Manager (SAM).

If you don’t have an SFM Agency Manager account

An SFM Agency Manger account is required to set up direct deposit commissions and view commission statements.

Your SFM Agency Manager administrator can set up direct deposit commissions, and create accounts for others to do so. Administrators can see our setup guide for help.

If you’re not sure who your SFM Agency Manager administrator is, you can contact us for help.

If you have an SFM Agency Manager account

If you have an SFM Agency Manager account with administrator or commission permissions, you will have access to the commissions page. Simply click “commissions” and follow the instructions to set up direct deposit commissions. See our setup guide for more details.

If you do not see the “commissions” option when you log in to SAM, you may not have the right level of permission. You can contact your SAM agency administrator to request that they make you an “Agency Commissions Contact.” If you don’t know who your SAM agency administrator is, you can contact us for help.
