Getting prescription medications

We partner with pharmacy benefits manager myMatrixx so that you don’t have to pay up front for prescription medications needed to treat your work injury.

• Watch the mail for your pharmacy card
  You will receive a card in the mail from myMatrixx that you can present at participating pharmacies to avoid out-of-pocket costs.
• How to find in-network pharmacies
  You can use your pharmacy card at any pharmacy in the myMatrixx network. The letter that comes with your card will list participating pharmacies in your area. To search for other network pharmacies, use the myMatrixx pharmacy locator .
• What to do if your card hasn’t arrived yet
  If you need a prescription and haven’t yet received your card, you can have your claims representative text you a temporary one. If your card doesn’t arrive, or you misplace it, please call your SFM claims representative at (800) 937-1181 for a replacement card.
